Meilin Wong, Founder & Managing Director

Ember42 is led by Meilin Wong, a reputation and growth strategist, 2x CEO, 2x CMO and former tech startup co-founder with 30 years of experience across PR, corporate communications, marketing, GTM and business development, both on the client-side as well as agency.

She has advised more than 500 CEOs, founders and senior leaders, and developed growth-led campaigns for SMEs and some of the world’s most recognizable brands. Most recently, she was Partner and CEO of Milk & Honey Singapore, an international B Corp-certified PR agency.

Meilin brings the perspective of someone who has not only advised businesses, but built them, led them and worked inside them. This mix of founder, CEO, agency and client-side experience means she looks at PR and marketing not as isolated activities, but as business functions that need to support decisions, growth, trust and market expansion.

She regularly contributes expert commentary and long-form perspectives on how credibility, visibility and trust shape commercial momentum, especially when businesses are scaling, evolving or navigating change. Her contributions have been featured in regional trade and business media platforms.

Meilin is a PRCA Fellow and serves on the PRCA APAC Regional Board and Sustainability Committee, advocating for best practice and higher standards in the industry. She was also recognised as one of CMO Asia’s Most Influential Marketing Leaders in 2023.

PRCA is the world’s largest professional body for PR, public affairs and communications.
