Meilin Wong is the Founder and Managing Director of Ember42, a reputation and growth advisory that helps SMEs and scaling businesses make sharper PR and marketing decisions, strengthen their reputation and turn visibility into commercial value.

Over a career working with global and local brands spanning more than 30 years across Asia, Meilin has served twice as a CEO and twice as a CMO, established and led agency businesses, held senior brand-side roles, and co-founded a technology startup. She has advised more than 500 CEOs, founders and senior leaders, bringing together deep experience across PR, communications, marketing, go-to-market strategy and business development.

Meilin is a PRCA Fellow, serves on the PRCA APAC Regional Board and Sustainability Group, and was named one of CMO Asia’s Most Influential Marketing Leaders in 2023.
