Meilin Wong is Founder and Managing Director of Ember42, a reputation and growth advisory helping SMEs and scaling businesses make stronger PR and marketing decisions with clearer commercial purpose.

A 2x CEO, 2x CMO and former tech startup co-founder, she brings 30 years of hands on experience across PR, communications, marketing, GTM and business development, with leadership roles on both the brand and agency side. She has advised more than 500 CEOs, founders and senior leaders, helping businesses connect reputation, visibility and trust to sharper decisions and stronger commercial momentum.
