Meilin Wong is the Founder and CEO of Ember42, a reputation and growth advisory for SMEs and scaling businesses. A 3x CEO, 2x CMO and former tech startup co-founder, she brings over three decades of experience across PR, communications, marketing and business development to helping leaders and businesses find their voice, reach their audiences and ensure their messages resonate.

She has advised more than 500 CEOs, founders and senior leaders, working with MSMEs and some of the world’s most recognisable brands. Having built, led and advised businesses, Meilin connects communication decisions with trust, growth and commercial priorities.
